We are excited that you have chosen to work with us.  At Coziplans we feel it is important to offer opportunities to learn at a comfortable pace from the comfort of your chosen location.  Please read through our policy below.

Payment

All lessons and workshops require prepayment as part of our payment policy.  We accept debit and credit card payments through Stripe. If you are in the USA, Stripe also has the ability to accept ACH Bank Transfer. Payments can be made by logging into the customer’s Tutorbird portal and accessing the Account & Invoices section and selecting Make Payment. Customers also have the option to enable automatic payments of emailed invoices after adding a saved payment method under Account & Invoices in the Tutorbird portal.  

Attendance

Whether you are choosing to utilize our tutoring and enrichment services or our STEAM workshops, it is important that you plan to attend all scheduled sessions.  Without regular attendance it can be difficult to make growth and progress.

Cancellation Policy

At Coziplans, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To accommodate these changes while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy for our students:

More than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the student portal. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be granted a Make-Up credit which can be used to reschedule the session at a later date.

Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed for the full session. No Make-Up credit will be issued in this case.

Billing and Charges: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the standard rate and charged to the payment method on file.

In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a session without prior cancellation), the session will be considered canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no Make-Up credit will be issued.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Coziplans LLC.

How to Cancel: Log in to your student portal. Navigate to the “My Sessions” section. Select the session you wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Make-Up Credits: Make-Up credits can be used to schedule a new session with the same tutor, subject to availability. Make-Up credits are valid for 30 days from the date of cancellation. Make-up credits are issued for cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice or when the instructor needs to cancel a session.

Internet Service or Technical Problem

If you are experiencing technical trouble with a session due to your internet service or computer, please let us know right away.  We are unable to credit sessions that are canceled (less than 24 hours in advance) or interrupted due to a client’s internet service or computer problems.  In the event that the instructor’s internet service or equipment is experiencing issues a make-up credit will be granted.

Late Sessions

Please let the instructor know if you are running late to a session so they can wait for you to arrive.  Instructors will wait 15 minutes for a 25-minute session or 30 minutes for a 55-minute session for students to join.  If the student does not show up within that time frame the instructor will log off and the student will be charged for the missed session.

Early Logout

If a student unexpectedly logs off early the instructor will wait 15 minutes or until the end of the session for the student to rejoin.  If the student does not rejoin within that time frame the instructor will end the session. 

Reschedule

We understand that sometimes sessions need to be rescheduled.  If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24-hours in advance.  You can reschedule a session by reaching out to your instructor. If you are unable to reschedule right away, then a Make-Up credit will be issued to you.  Please note that STEAM Workshops cannot be rescheduled due to the structure of these group workshops so please plan accordingly.

Withdrawing from Sessions

If you wish to stop using our services please reach out and let us know as soon as possible.  Any pre-paid sessions will be held, and students should plan to attend them if possible.  We are unable to refund the payment for the month once it has been charged to your credit card.

Log Files

At Coziplans, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information is received and collected by Coziplans and how it is used.

Like many other Web sites, Coziplans makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Coziplans does use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, record user-specific information on which pages the user access or visit, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.
